Robert Pattinson, possibly the hottest guy on the planet, has revealed that he's shy when it comes to asking a girl out on a date.

Can you believe it? We can't!

But its true, and he told Parade magazine, “when it comes to the opposite sex, I'm not as fully confident as the guy I play.

“I don't even remember the last time I asked someone out on a date, like, just went up to them and that's the first thing I did.”

“I'm much more self concious and not wanting to fail. So I tend to hold back.”

Oh Rob, has anyone ever told you that you don't actually need to say anything, just that sultry look will do...
