Get ready to see Hollywood A-Lister Tom Cruise sitting in the audience at the X Factor studios later this year, as Louis Walsh has revealed that Tom would love to see the show live.

Talking to the Evening Herald, Louis who is a judge on the hit show said:

“He actually came up to me and started talking to me about The X Factor. He knows Simon Cowell and has watched the show on the internet.

“He was quite intense and wanted to know all about how it works and what went on behind the scenes.”

And it seems that we're not the only ones getting excited for the new series, Tom is as well!

“Tom kept asking me if I would do the show in the States and if he could go to the show in the UK if he was in town. I told him that it wouldn't be a problem.”
