The sad news has reached us that Lost Boys teen star, Corey Haim has died from an accidental overdose.

The 38-year-old was much loved as the star of some childhood classics, including Watchers and License To Drive.

The Los Angeles Police Department confirmed the actor died at 3.30am after he was found unresponsive at an Oakwood apartment, near Burbank.

Corey struggled with drug addiction and was pronounced dead at the Providence St. Joseph's Medical Center in Burbank.

The star was an 80's teen heartthrob, known along with Corey Feldman as the two Corey's.
