You will all remember when The Hills star, Heidi Montag, underwent 10 plastic surgery procedures in one day.

Well now her surgeon has told her he won't perform any more operations on her after she revealed she wanted bigger norks.

According to the Sun, her doctor, Dr Frank Ryan feels that Heidi has had enough done.

He said: "There's really nothing to do!

"I told Heidi, 'What are you going to do? You're done!'"

It is pretty clear that Heidi has gone too far already, losing her natural beauty in palce of a fixed, plastic look. Some of you even think she looks much older post-op.

According to Dr Ryan, there is a lot of pressure to look good in reality TV land: "In the reality world, there's a lot of competition and there's a lot of possessiveness for one's doctor.

"It's pretty interesting,"

We hope Heidi gives it a rest now. Her body has been through too much and she doesn't want to end up looking like Pete Burns... Eek!
