Heidi Montag has realised that her plastic surgery binge has only got her so far, and as column inches disappear, the reality TV star has come up with a new spotlight grabbing plan.

According to InTouch Weekly, when Heidi isn't making the headlines she comes up with a new plan to be relevant again.

The source told InTouch: “Heidi wants to have a baby. She also knows it will probably generate a lot of attention. It seems like she’ll do anything to stay relevant.”

The friend also told the mag that Spencer and Heidi are already trying to concieve *swallows down some vomit*.
