Coleen Rooney has done a bit too much sun worshipping whilst on her holidays in Barbados and instead of looking sun kissed, Col unfortunately resembles the colour of a lobster.

So, spending time in the shade and slapping on the sun cream is probably best for Wayne's wife.

Although Coleen's skin has taken on a pink shade, you can't help but look at how amazing her body looks baring in mind that she gave birth to a gorgeous baby boy, Kai Wayne only four months ago.

We're sure that after a few days of staying in the shade, the WAG will be back to her tanned self...
