Zachary Loring was arrested outside reality TV star Audrina Partridge's house on Friday and has been charged with felony stalking.

Loring will also face charges of three misdemeanors, for each of the times he showed up at Audrina's home. These incidents violated a restraining order the starwon against him in September.

Police arrested Loring on Fridat, after he was spotted knocking on The Hills star's door. In the past Loring has given Audrina a packet of letters and drawings, one of which showed a woman being strangled.

The Los Angeles District Attorney will now seek a more severe criminal protective order to make sure Audrina is kept safe.
