Johnny Depp has confirmed that his fellow Pirates of the Caribbean co-stars will not be appearing in the forth installment of the franchise.
According to Ok!, Johnny told press at an Alice In Wonderland event at the weekend, “We’re coming at it from a different angle at this point, Rob Marshall and [a] totally new take, it’s a new story.”
Johnny will of course be in the next film, known as Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides but we won't be seeing the return of Keira and Orlando's characters, Elizabeth Swann and Will Turner.
Rumour has it that Penelope Cruz is on board to provide new female eye candy and Geoffrey Rush may return as Barbossa.
When asked if the movie would be all about Jack Sparrow, Johnny said, “I don’t know. I don’t think we’d ever throw too much Jack Sparrow in there. There will be a little bit of everybody.”
We wouldn't mind if it was Pirates of the Caribbean: Jack Sparrow and Nowt Else...
Remember the Pirates of the Caribbean premiere?!
