Ooo- er, has Kelly Osbourne been taking style tips from the most famous land lady in soap?

Looking at the picture of Kelly at the G-Star Raw's presentation of NY Raw Fall/Winter 2010 collection at New York fashion week, it seems as though Kelly has.

Dressed in a black and white jacket and skirt ensemble, with her usually blonde spiky hair in a neat but slightly tousled bob, Kel looked every inch like Peggy Mitchell.

Wearing a pair of white gloves and a black handbag to compliment her outfit, it was surprising to see a blue necklace draped around Kelly's neck.

Don't get us wrong, we love Kelly's individual style but she really doesn't need to dress like Peggy Mitchell.
