Nick and Joe Jonas are to make for a very tense Nickelodeon Kids Choice Awards, as they have both been nominated in the Best TV Actor category.

The siblings, along with Kevin Jonas, star in the TV programme Jonas, where they play three brothers trying to cope with being in a rock band whilst living ordinary lives.

It must be a bit of a kick in the teeth for Kevin, seeing as the only acting skill required to get a nod is to play yourself.

The lucky nominees face further competition from another brotherly duo: Cole and Dylan Sprouse (no, we don't know either) have also each recieved a nod for their acting.

The Jonas brothers are all up for Favourite Music Group, up against Black Eyed Peas, Coldplay and Linkin Park.

And Disney pal Miley Cyrus has recieved four nominations: Favourite TV Actress, Favourite Female Singer, Favourite Song (for Party in the USA) and Favourite Movie Actress.

The awards take place in just over a month.
