Peter Andre is in talks to star in the musical Grease.
Last week, when he visited the show, he told the cast that he'd love to join them, and now the producers are keen to have him on board.
A friend told The Sun: "Pete has had lots of offers from musicals but Grease is one of his favourites.
"He loves the character of Danny and he's confident that he will be able to play him - even if only for a short stint."
Fans may be eagerly anticipating Peter's starring role, but it won't happen until his schedule's freed up: "His diary is pretty chocker at the moment so it wouldn't be until next year."
The character of Danny Zuko was made famous by John Travolta in 1978, and this isn't the first time Peter's been linked to the West End production..
A few years ago it was rumoured that Katie Price would take the role of Sandy, with Peter playing love interest Danny.
