The tabloids went wild when 23-year-old reality TV star Heidi Montag got 10 plastic surgery procedures done in one day.

Heidi has been quick to tell everyone how much she loves her new face but her husband Spencer has told Us magazine the star was not happy.

"She came out of the hospital and the only thing she was saying was that the doctor better hide.

"She wasn't happy," said Pratt.

Heidi had said she had "no idea" how painful all the procedures would be... Err wake up darlin'!

"The worst pain was actually my ears. I didn't know that was the most painful process and feature," she told Us.

It has been reported that Heidi is still unhappy with her breasts, saying: "I didn't get them as big as I originally wanted."

Spencer added that his wife, "doesn't stop talking about it."

Let's hope Heidi learns to love herself or we won't be able to recognise her if she has any more procedures!
