According to Access Hollywood, Joe Jonas, the hottest of the three brothers, has confirmed that he will not be appearing in the new series of Brothers and Sisters.

The singer was lined up to play Balthazar Getty's character, Tommy, in a flash back sequence but was forced to back out due to conflicting schedules.
ABC has confirmed that Make It or Break It star Cody Longo will take Joe's place.
