The real reason for Michael Jackson's death has been published in a report released by the Los Angeles County Coroner.

Digital Spy can reveal that:

“Toxicology studies show a high blood concentration of propofol as well as the presence of benzodiazepines as listed in the toxicology report.”

“The autopsy did not show any trauma or natural diseases which would cause death.”

“The cause of death is acute propofol intoxication. A contributory factor in the death is benzodiazepine effect.”

The 51 page document was published for public observation earlier this week following the conviction of Michael's private doctor, Dr Conrad Murray, who has been charged with involuntary manslaughter.

And things aren't looking good for the doctor as the report continues:

“The manner of death is homicide, based on the following: circumstances indicate that propofol and benzodiazepines were administered by another. The propofol was administered in a non hospital setting without any appropriate medical indication.

The standard of care for administrating propofol was not met. Recommended equipment for patient monitoring, precision dosing and resuscitation was not present. The circumstances do not support self administration of propofol.”
