Britney's ex-husband has had enough of the nickname 'K-Fat' and has decided to take part in the US reality show Celebrity Fit Club: Boot Club.

The 6ft tall former dancer weighs in at 232lbs and hopes to lose 30lbs by the end of the programme.

K-Fed who called himself a "fat a**", is busting the bulge alongside his first girlfriend, actress Shar Jackson and Bobby Brown, Nicole Eggert and Sebstian Bach.
