The 34-year-old cage fighter responded to Peter's interview on Sky News last week in which the singer broke down to near tears about his children.

“I’ve got no problem with Pete and am not trying to replace him in the kids’ lives in any way.” he said.

Alex was writing in his new Star magazine column – a scintilating read we have no doubt, and spoke about his wedding to the glamour model.

“The ceremony was at the Wynn hotel and we kept it pretty simple. There are pictures of us choosing our rings but it’s a secret how much they cost!”

He added, “People have said it’s a shame lots of our loved ones weren’t at the wedding, but we are going to have a big party with them back in the UK soon.”
