American beauty Kim Kardashian has won a three year restraining order on a man she believed was stalking and harassing her.

According to TMZ.com, Kardashian, first sought legal action in January amid fears that Dennis Shaun Bowman believed he was in love with the star.

According to documents that were filed in a superior court in LA, Kim recalled how Bowman used social networking site, Twitter to get in contact with her.

She also reported how Bowman would act bizarrely at promotional events and sent threatening messages about her American football player boyfriend, Reggie Bush.

Neither Kim or Bowman were present at the hearing but Kim can now relax knowing her stalker can't contact or touch her.
