Who knew that one film could determine someone's career but it did  for Mamma Mia actress, Amanda Seyfried, and William Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet was the deciding factor.

After watching Romeo, played by Leonardo Dicaprio and Juliet, played by Claire Danes, kiss, Amanda's fate was sealed.

The actress also insisted that if she had not watched the film when she was younger, then her career as a Hollywood actress would have been non existent.

Telling People magazine, “Leonardo Dicaprio and Claire Danes in Romeo and Juliet are the reason I'm in this career. I definitely remember the moment when I was like, 'I'm obsessed with this (acting)'”

Amanda who has also stared alongside Lindsay Lohan in Mean Girls, features on Vanity Fair's front cover as one of Hollywood's hottest actresses.
