A source told the Daily Star: “She’s been talking to a specialist dealership in Newport Beach, California, for weeks now, and it’s all starting to come together.”

Russell has plans to take Katy for dinner at the Beau Rivage restaurant in Malibu and according to the Daily Star has arranged for a Mediterranean guitar player to serenade her with Wild Horses by the Rolling Stones.

Not offence Russell but compared to the car this is looking a little naf. You need to step it up a notch if you expect some Valentine's Day action... Bleugh....
