Victoria Beckham was spotted arriving at Heathrow Airport ready to head back to LAX.

The former spice girl decided to go against wearing comfortable clothes for the long haul flight and opted to wear a long sleeve black mini dress with fish net tights and black stilettos, instead.

A patent red bag completed the outfit.  

The fashion designer's foot has featured a lot in the press recently due to a painful bunion, resulting in Victoria swapping her sky scrapper heels for flat pumps.

However, flat shoes were no where to be seen when Victoria was spotted in Heathrow, instead, her trademark stilettos took pride of place on her feet.
