Sandra Bullock receives an Oscar nod while husband Jesse James remains entrenched in a custody battle for six year old daughter Sunny.
Today, ex-wife Janine Lindemulder was denied her request for “expanded visitation rights” due to erratic parenting, determined by missed scheduled visitations with Sunny. Lindemulder, however, was granted phone rights to call her child daily. Both Jesse and Janine were also prompted by the judge to seek joint counseling once a month.
In court, James made the following plea: "[Lindemulder] has no filter on what she tells [Sunny] about prison. There’s a lot of conversation about prison or jail and things that I don’t think a 6-year-old can comprehend or process.”
Janine Lindemulder was released from prison this November upon completion of her six month sentence for tax evasion. According to reports, Lindemulder failed to pay the IRS $200,000 in taxes and engaged in ostentatious purchasing of vehicles and a house despite knowledge of her incurred taxes. Since her release, Lindemulder has returned to starring in adult films and is now married.
