Michael Jackson's personal doctor faces charges of involuntary manslaughter. Involuntary manslaughter is the term used when someone is killed due to criminal negligence.
Dr Murray admitted giving Michael Jackson powerful painkillers before he died in his Los Angeles home on 25th June last year. He was 50-years-old.
His death was caused by an overdose of prescription drugs, which included the powerful sedative propofol.
The doctor arrived in Los Angeles last week and his lawyer is expected to join him. Reports last night suggested that he would be surrendering to court officials this morning.
We will follow the case and keep you all updated...
