Phew! We can breathe a big sigh of relief as Lily Allen is back on Twitter. The singer left the social networking site on 28th September 2009 with the message, “I am a neo-luddite, goodbye.”

But now she's back with the simple tweet, “hello, I'm back” and the promise of some exciting news.

The star has just returned from Australia after taking part in this year's Big Day Out festival in Australia. The tour finished at the end of last week so we are tres impressed that Miss Allen is already back in the office.

Does this mean she is putting her well publicised break from music on the back burner for now? We will definitely be watching “this space” Lily.
