When Kim Kardashian has something major going on, she lets her fans know about it and according to the curvy star, getting a filling is very important.

A loose filling was to blame for Kim's visit to the dentist as she tweeted: “ OMG I was chewing a piece of gum and my filling came out!”

Shortly after, she updated her fans by telling them that she was going to make a trip to the dentists.

“My dentist is the best on my way to her in a few hours," she wrote.


Kim Kardashian shared her dental treatment with thousdans of follows.

Celebrities even have a fear of the dentists as Kim pointed out: "Let the numbing begin! I need a shot :( I'm scared.”

Whilst getting treatment for her filling, Kim found time to post a few pictures on the site which showed her dentist working on her teeth.

In response to this image, she tweeted: “Ahhh the filling is started.”
