Tiger Woods is planning to donate $3million to the relief effort for victims of the devastating earthquake in Haiti.
The golfer, who has not been seen in public since revelations about his private life, is thought to be sending a makeshift hospital.
Wyclef Jean, who has played a central role in raising money for victims, revealed Tiger's assistance in a post on Twitter.
“Wyclef Jean Haiti relief group Yele may get $3M donation from Tiger Woods,” he wrote.

His message came shortly after music mogul Russell Simmons said Tiger had sponsored a cargo plane to be flown to the country with a mobile hospital.
Tens of thousands of people are feared dead, while millions more have been forced from their homes by the tremor on Tuesday.
A number of celebrities have so far pledged aid, with Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt donating $1million.
