The lucky fan who spotted Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart together in the UK over New Year has spoken about her experience.
Holly, 13, bumped into the Twilight stars, who are reported to be dating, outside a grocery store in the town of Ventnor on the Isle of Wight.
Pictures of the teenager with both actors then circulated on the internet, sparking a vampire manhunt.
Speaking to a local radio station, Holly revealed that she had failed to recognise the pair at first.
“I was just going down to Somerfield’s with my mum,” she said.
“I looked at them and I didn’t realise who they were but I heard them speak and realised who they were.”
According to OK! Magazine, Holly initially posted the pictures on her Facebook page, before they were copied onto various Twilight fan sites.
Rob returned to the UK from Los Angeles in December to spend Christmas with his family.
He is currently preparing to begin promotional duties for his forthcoming movie, Remember Me.
