The actress was spotted frolicking with friends in the sea in Barbados on board an inflatable mattress.
Pulled by a speed boat, the Great Big Brawler took Sienna and her pals on a hair-rising ride across the bay.

The actress, who was wearing a skimpy bikini, looked relaxed in the sun-drenched surroundings.
Sienna retreated to Barbados for the New Year following her stint in After Miss Julie in New York.
The actress later joined friends on the Great Big Brawler.
It is understood that Sienna's reported boyfriend Jude Law joined the actress to welcome in 2010.
But Jude, who rekindled his friendship with his ex last year, has since left the resort.
