Kevin Jonas and Danielle Deleasa have spoken for the first time about their wedding in December.

In an interview with People magazine, the happy couple described their marriage as “a dream come true”.

Kevin and Danielle tied the knot in front of 400 guests during a private ceremony in New York.

The pair then jetted off to Mexico for their honeymoon.

"The honeymoon was amazing: the place, the people and the food. All of it was a dream come true,” they said.

Kevin, who like his fellow Jonas Brothers Nick and Joe had vowed to abstain from sex until marriage, said he and Danielle hoped to have children.

He also praised his “beautiful bride”, adding: "Danielle had everything I was looking for and so much more."
