Megan Fox has revealed her ideal man would be a fan of comic books.

The Transformers star, who is in an on-off relationship with actor Brian Austin Green, said they appealed to her own personality.

Megan, who claimed to be “a geek” herself, told Yahoo comic books readers were “very appreciative of what you do”.

She added: "I have been to comic book conventions a few times and even though there are a lot of guys here, they are always very polite and very kind."

Megan's geekiness has previously been confirmed by her How To Lose Friends And Alienate People co-star, Simon Pegg.

"She's really sharp and actually a bit of a geek,” he said. “Queen of the geeks - the most beautiful geek I've ever met."

Megan most recently featured in the movie, Jennifer's Body.
