At first glance Victoria Beckham was her usual immaculately-groomed self at the British Fashion Awards this week – but look a little closer and she wasn't quite picture perfect.

The former Spice Girl was more than a match for more established style icons such as Kate Moss as she struck a pose on the red carpet in a clinging, full length black gown with a long train.

But from behind her look was less flawless. Judging by the V-shaped tan-lines, her back had been hurriedly coloured in with bronzer after she slipped into her slinky outfit.
