Suri Cruise put style over practicality when she dressed up for a visit to the park at the weekend.

The three-year-old caused quite a stir as she was paraded around by parents Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes in a pink flamenco-style dress, a pair of red polka dot heels and clip-on earrings.

Despite her outrageous get-up, the cute tot – who is rumoured to have a designer wardrobe worth $2million - responded shyly to all the attention she was getting from passersby at the park in Seville, Spain.

Katie recently defended her decision to let her daughter wear high heals, after coming under fire from parenting groups, who claimed the grown-up footwear could hinder Suri's growth.

“She, like every little girl – she loves my high heels,” said Katie.

“They are actually ballroom dancing shoes for kids. I found them for her and she loves them.”

Katie and Suri have joined Tom in Spain as he filmed new thriller Knight and Day.
