The actress was spotted popping chewing gum from a jumbo pack of Wrigley's Extra as she and husband Keith Urban were being driven to the bash at Claridges hotel in Mayfair.
Earlier Nicole had joined the rest of the Nine cast – including Penelope Cruz and Kate Hudson – at the world premiere of the movie-musical at the Odeon Leicester Square.
The trio defied the chilly London temperatures by looking positively glowing on the red carpet in their glamourous gowns.
