Kate Moss ended up a bedraggled mess after being caught out in rainy London last night.

The hard-living model was looking particularly unkempt as she left The Tabernacle in Notting Hill after attending the celeb-packed SingStar Take That Extravaganza.

Having arrived at the karaoke bash with her hair swept back in a pony-tail, it had been transformed into a matted mop by the time she emerged again. The result of countless alfresco fag breaks, perhaps?
