Lisa Rinna has scared her Twitter followers with a picture of what she looks like before her “beauty team” transforms her for the cameras.

The 46-year-old US star is almost unrecognisable in the candid self-portrait without her usual thick layer make-up.

She Tweeted: "This is what it looks like before beauty team arrives. Just keepin it real ppl!"

Perhaps she should consider 'keepin it real' next time she books in for a collagen/botox top-up? Just a suggestion.
