Twilight star Ashley Greene might not have the pulling power of her co-stars Kristen Stewart or Robert Pattinson.

But the 22-year-old actress was the centre of attention as she appeared on The Late Show with David Letterman on Monday.

Greene, who plays vampire Alice Cullen in the hit film saga, sported an eye-catching red pinstripe power suit outside the Ed Sullivan Theatre.

The actress teamed the unusual outfit with a black and white striped shirt and high heels.

Meanwhile, in an interview with Us Weekly, Greene revealed that her slim figure was down to her long working hours, which leave little time for eating.

Speaking about shooting recent Twilight movie, New Moon, she said: "It was really easy. We were working 12 hours a day, so it didn't leave too much time to eat."

But Greene admitted that when she did eat she chose the “really healthy stuff, which was nice”.
