Katie Price has quit I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here after facing her seventh bush-tucker trial in as many days.

Producers were unable to persuade the former glamour model to stay after viewers voted her their favourite to perform the yet another guelling challenge.

"I swore on my kids' lives I'm not doing any more," she told her fellow celebrity campers.

"I am just not doing any more. I have said to them I am not doing it."

Katie met ex-husband Peter Andre during her first stint on I'm A Celebrity... in 2004. They went on to marry and have two children together, before separating in May this year.

Before entering the jungle for the second time, Katie revealed she wanted ex-husband Pete to see she is still "the girl he married."

She said: "Hopefully he'll watch the show and realise what a decent person I am.

"The girl he married, not the monster that's been created in the press."

We're not sure this plan worked as Pete told his Twitter followers earlier this week that he hasn't watched the show.

He Tweeted: "I know alot of you have asked me about my thoughts on I'm a celeb but unfortunately this year I haven't seen it."
