What began as a carpet of sexy stubble has turned in a matted hippy beard – with beads on.

The actor took his Jack Sparrow look public on Halloween, when he dressed as DJ Lance Rock (from kids TV show Yo Gabba Gabba!) to go trick-or-treating near his Los Angeles home with Angelina and their brood.

But his braided beard turned out not to be part of his fancy dress costume, and seems to have taken up permanent residence on his face instead.

Yesterday it was rattier than ever as Brad was snapped at LAX airport, having arrived from London.
