Robert Pattinson may be the man of the moment but fellow heartthrob Zac Efron proved he can still draw his own hoards of screaming fans last night.

The HSM hottie was greeted by a large vocal crowd outside the Vue West End cinema in Leicester Square, the venue for the UK premiere of his new movie Me and Orson Welles.
