Heidi Klum has ditched the baby weight just five weeks after giving birth to her fourth child.

The German-born beauty showed off her flat tum in skinny black jeans and a tight white T-shirt in New York yesterday.

Heidi and her gang of Victoria's Secret Angels took over Times Square to promote the lingerie brand's upcoming fashion show.

The 36-year-old model played down her apparent ability to ping back into shape after giving birth, telling People: “I'm definitely one of the heaviest of the bunch of the 30 girls in the show. And I still have 20lb to go.”

She added: “There's no master plan, but I have a trainer in L.A. who comes to my house.

"She's helping me so I don't overdo it. I've been walking on the treadmill. Walking up and down the driveway. She has a medicine ball so she showed me things on there. You can't do too much too early.”

Heidi gave birth to daughter Lou Samuel with her singer husband Seal in October.
