Josh Duhamel reportedly lost it with a paparazzi photographer on the set of his new movie The Romantics yesterday.

The Long Island set of the upcoming indie flick has been plagued by snappers eager to get a glimpse of it's stars, including Katie Holmes and True Blood actress Anna Paquin.

Josh has also been feeling some tabloid heat following allegations he cheated on his wife of less than a year, Black Eyed Peas singer Fergie, with a stripper he met while on location.

According to an eyewitness, the actor lost his temper and informed a paparazzo he was going to "kick your ass".

Josh was reportedly warned by police, who were called to the set.

He then proceeded to left off steam by throwing around a football.
