Peter Andre says that his next girlfriend must share his passion for cooking and sightseeing.

The singer is looking for a more laid back partner following his divorce from wife Katie Price earlier this year.

“In the past, I have gone for wild girls but the next girl has to be someone for whom family is enough,” he told the Daily Mirror.

“I want someone who is affectionate and shares my passion for cooking, sightseeing and movies.”

But Andre admitted that any potential suitor might have to make the first move because he lacks confidence around women.

“I cringe when I watch myself on TV. I also lack confidence when it comes to asking women out,” he said.

“I can’t just go up to a girl. I know it sounds a bit weird but it’s the truth.”

Meanwhile, Andre's ex-wife Price looks set to make a dramatic return to I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here this month.

The former glamour model has apparently agreed to re-enter the jungle where she met Andre in 2004.
