Katie Price arrived in Los Angeles last night on the first leg of a journey that looks set to conclude in the Australian outback.

The former glamour model has reportedly signed a £350,000 deal to return to I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Here.

She will become the first celebrity to ever re-enter the jungle after originally appearing on the programme in 2004, where she met ex-husband Peter Andre.

However, according to The Sun newspaper, unlike other celebs Price will arrive seven days into the three week show.

Price, also known as Jordan, was mobbed by the media as she touched down in Los Angeles on Tuesday.

The one-time glamour star is understood to have travelled to America to have her hair extensions done.

She is also due to make a special appearance on a US chat show before flying to Australia to film I'm A Celebrity.
