Never mind Woman of the Year, Rihanna's stunning wardrobe deserves an award of it's own.

The Umbrella star stepped out in, not one, but four fabulous outfits for a series of public engagements yesterday – and was keen to show them off.

The singer posed in a red and black striped hooded dress outside the MTV studios in midtown Manhattan following her appearance on 'It's On...With Alex Chung.'

Later she slipped into a glamourous Stephane Roland mermaid gown for Glamour Magazine's 2009 Women of the Year Awards at Carnegie Hall, where she was named Woman of the Year.

Later still, she kept it girlie in a layered chiffon dress that was slashed to the waist.

In between engagements, she dressed down in her usual edgy, but no less immaculate, style.
