Alex Reid has revealed he would like to have children with girlfriend Katie Price.

The cage fighter, who began dating Price in July, told the Sunday Mirror he could envisage a “serious long-term future” with the former glamour model.

“I'd love to have kids. It's a big thing with me. You just know sometimes,” he said.

Reid also revealed he had been a “ladykiller” in the past but admitted he had now “met my match” with Price, who has three children – Harvey, Junior and Princess Tiaamii.

“We are so alike it's unbelievable. And being in love is amazing. Forget about the money and the fame," he said.

"Just really connecting with someone, that's something else.

“We're both very bright. That's another thing we have in common. I'm really into self-improvement, ancient theology. I think a lot and read.”

Reid also spoke about Price's former husband Peter Andre and his past as a cross-dresser during the interview.
