Take That star Mark Owen married long-term girlfriend Emma Ferguson in a fairytale wedding in Scottish highlands on Sunday.

The service got under way as darkness fell outside Cawdor Parish Church near Nairn.

Guest included Owen's bandmates Gary Barlow, Jason Orane and Howard Donald, who all wore stylish black tuxedos with matching cravats.

Former Take That star Robbie Williams is also thought to have attended the ceremony.

The married couple, who already have two children together, were showered by confetti as they emerged from the church under night fall.

The wedding party then headed to the nearby Cawdor Castle for the reception.

The couple are thought to have chosen the remote Scottish location after regularly holidaying together in the area.

Meanwhile, there are reports that Williams will join his former band on stage during a charity gig in London later this week.
