Peter Andre: 'John And Edward Have Taken Spotlight Off Katie Price Saga'

Peter Andre says he is grateful that X Factor stars John and Edward have taken the spotlight off his ongoing saga with Katie Price.

The twins – dubbed Jedward – are among the favourites to win the talent contest, despite claims they can't sing.

Andre, whose divorce from Price was finalised last month, said he was glad the public's attention had shifted onto something else.

“About time too. I want to thank them so much for that,” he told OK! magazine.

Meanwhile, Andre also said that he hoped the day would come when he and Price could be friends again.

But, for the time being, Andre said there was “no way” he wanted to discuss the split with his former wife.

As Entertainentwise reported earlier, in his weekly magazine column, Andre hit back at Price's mother after she claimed he was “manipulative”.
