Peter Andre has hit back at Katie Price's mother after she called him “manipulative, moody and verbally aggressive”.

Amy Price, 56, made the comments in a recent newspaper interview, during which she also claimed the singer's popular public persona was part of an act.

Writing in his weekly column for New! magazine, Andre questioned whether his former mother in law was talking about him or her daughter.

"Apparently, I'm aggressive, manipulative, cold and an actor,” he wrote.

“Was she talking about me? Or Kate?! I just hope the kids do not read their nan's words when they are older."

Andre, whose divorce from Price was finalised last month, also denied his ex-wife's claims that he was dating one of their friends.
