The moment Bella Swan suffers a paper cut surrounded by the Cullen family in The Twilight Saga: New Moon has been unveiled in full for the first time.

The incident takes place while the family are presenting the schoolgirl with birthday gifts.

In the clip, Bella, played by Kristen Stewart, can be seen graciously accepting her gifts, which include a new radio for her truck.


Bella Swan suffers paper cut at the Cullen's house.

But her evening at the vampire's house turns sour when she cuts her finger opening a present from Carlisle and Esme Cullen.

The Twilight Saga: New Moon is released worldwide on November 20.
