The moment Bella Swan suffers a paper cut surrounded by the Cullen family in The Twilight Saga: New Moon has been unveiled in full for the first time.

The incident takes place while the family are presenting the schoolgirl with birthday gifts.

In the clip, Bella, played by Kristen Stewart, can be seen graciously accepting her gifts, which include a new radio for her truck.
