Here's Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes looking closer than they have in a long while during a romantic stroll in Boston.

Whilst we're used to seeing the actor grabbing his wife's hand on the red carpet, this time it was Katie who did all the doting as they walked arm-in-arm near the set of Tom's new movie.

The rare show of affection on Katie's part comes as a US tabloid report claims the pair are nearing the end of their three-year marriage contract.

If you believe Star magazine (and they don't make it easy), Katie is after $500K a year to continuing supporting Scientology, a raise in her clothing allowance to $750K and more film roles, as part of a new 'deal'.
